1.    What is a swimdress? 
A swimdress is a swimsuit with a fixed skirt. So when you lift the skirt, you will still be fully dressed underneath the skirt. Also know as an one piece swimsuit.

2.    Do you have a store?
No, Beauty-vol is an online webshop only.

3.    How do I know which size I need to order? 
The size of a swimdress is the same as your normal clothing size.(It's best to use the size of your trousers/pants).  click here for SIZE CHARTS

4.    What are the cupsizes of these swimdresses? 
The average cupsize of a swimdress is C/D/E, but due to the skirt your more flexible in the cupsize then when you are with a normal swimsuit. So the B-and Fcup will definitly fit. The model however can make a difference. I.e. swimdresses with a tie front or wrap dress are particular suitable for a bigger buste.

5.    My swimdress doesn't fit, can I return it and recieve my money back?
When a swimdress doesn't fit or you are not satisfied you can send it back and will recieve your money back on your bankaccount. Or you can change it for another swimsuit. Click here for "return policy" 

6.    I'm not recieving an invoice after ordering 
It might happen when you have a Hotmail/Gmail/WindowsLive account you will not recieve an invoice. If you use such an account it is possible that your Inbox has reached it's limit. Your Inbox will not accept any new messages. It's best to use the email account of your provider. Of course you can always sent us an email  when you did not recieved an invoice and give us another email-address to sent the invoice to or you can change the address in your account at Beauty-vol.

7.    When do I recieve my order? 
After recieving your payment your order will be shipped as soon as possible (depending on openingtimes of the postoffice). When using iDEAL we will try to sent it the same day, if that isn't possible we will sent it the next morning. So delivery will normally be 1 - 2 days. 

8.    I want to buy a swimdress but it's not in my size! 
All what we have in stock is visible in our wenshop. If your size isn't available you can email us and we will do our best to provide you with your size when possible. 

9.    Op welke manier kan ik betalen? 
You can pay with iDEAL, GiroPay, Mister Cash, Carte Bleue Direct Ebanking or in advance by banktransfer. 

10.  I have doubts about the size to order? 
If you have any doubts of the size you want to order to fit best you may want to take measurements from your normal swimsuit and sent us these measurements and the model of your choice and we will find you the right size!.

11.  What is your return policy?  
If you want to return an item we ask you to sent us an email within 3 days which states that you want to return the item. You will find a returnform with the item you have recieved from Beauty-vol, fill in this form and put it with the item you want to return and sent it back to us(if possible in the original enveloppe/box). click here for our "return policy".

12.  How much for shippingcosts? 
We are not charging any extra's for shippingcosts, so the shippingcosts are the same as the shippingcompanies, so no handlingfee. Click here for our "policy".

13.  How long will it take to have my refund back on my account? 
As soon as we have recieved your return in good order, we will chargeback your money within 24hrs on your accountnr. We will inform you with an email.
